How many revisions are included?
Standard projects include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds can be added at a flat fee. We rarely need more than 2 with our briefing process.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll get all production-ready files: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG, and JPG. Social-specific sizes are included by default.
Can you match our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines, we follow them exactly. If you don’t, we can help you build them.
Do you design for social media?
Yes — and we design for each platform’s specifications. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X all have different requirements.
Can you create animated content?
Yes. We produce GIFs, animated social posts, and motion graphics in After Effects. Ask about our animation packages.
How do I brief a design project?
